Here we use herbs, medicaments, and formulations that meet the globalized standardization parameters and quality control. Treatment is followed with adequate dietary recommendations and punctual follow-ups. We also give special care and treatment for sports-related injuries.
Usual Line of Treatment followed.
Treatments start with a thorough consultation on the first day. It includes a detailed case taking along with the assessment of Prakruthi (body constitution). Treatment on each day starts with a short consultation session with the doctor (except for Sundays).
The real line of treatment could be decided only after the consultation. During the treatment period, you have to take internal herbal medicines according to your condition.
Daily full body massage with appropriate oil is an integral part of treatment followed by one of the other treatments like Shirodhara, Herbal steam bath, different kinds of Kizhis, Nasyam, Tharpanam, different enemas, Pichu, Shirobasthi, Kadibasth, Virecanam, etc according to your conditions and necessity.
After every 7 days of treatment, we give you medicine to detoxify the system.
60 minutes is the usual duration of daily treatment.
At the end of the treatment program will be given a diet plan according your constitution to be followed after the treatment.

Ayurveda and Panchakarma at Ayurdara

Abhyanga
(Oil Massage)
Massage with appropriate Ayurvedic oils helps to maintain the health of your mind & body. Normalize the blood circulation and rejuvinates the tired nerves, muscles etc.

Sirodhara
(Dripping lukewarm medicated liquid on forehead)
Warm oil (or other liquid) is poured in a continuous stream over the forehead or ‘ajna marma’, an area where nerves are highly concentrated. It is beneficial for many diseases of the nervous system like anxiety, fatigue, insomina etc.

Kizhi
(Poultice)
Body is massaged by using hot linen pads that are filled with rice, powder or herbal leaves. Helps to strengthen the body, as a treatment for wasting of muscles, rheumatism, treatment for sports injuries etc.

Swedana
(Herbal steam)
Swedana, means to "perspire". Treatment with medicated steam maintain the health of your mind & body by opening the body channels and thus helping to eliminate toxins from the body.

Pizhichil
(Slow pouring of lukewarm oil on the body)
Ayurvedic massage which combines oil therapy and heat therapy. It is a mild and coordinated body massage, which is done with constantly flowing warm medicated herbal oil.

Panchakarma
(The 5 methods of cleansing the body)
Panchakarma is a process that involves 5 methods to balance the doshas in your body and rejuvenate it. It cleanses your tissues deeply, removes toxins, tackles deep rooted diseases and stress.
