We are delighted that you have chosen Ayurdara for your treatments and accommodation.
To make a reservation, please follow these steps:

Fill out the contact form on our website with your details and preferences. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the availability and confirmation.

To secure your reservation, please pay 20% of the total cost of the treatment in advance. You can pay the balance after you arrive at our center. The following tariff is valid from October 2023.

It is always recommended to make a reservation less than three months before your arrival. For the peak season from November to March, we recommend booking at least six months in advance, as we tend to be fully booked.

Our daily tariff includes food, accommodation, therapies and all the medicines used during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you at Ayurdara and providing you with a holistic and healing experience.

Preferred modes of Payment

You can pay for the treatment and the premium rooms using international credit/debit cards. However, a service charge of 2.75% will be added to all card transactions.

You can also pay in any currency of your choice (INR, EUR, AUD, YEN, USD).

Another option is to use the Wise app for international bank transfers. PayPal payment service charge is 7%.

If you need to exchange currency, you can do so at the airport when you arrive. Alternatively, you can find authorized exchange centres at Fort Kochi. Please note that local shops only accept cash. You can use your international credit/debit cards at major hotels and shops.
REFUND POLICY
Reservations can only be confirmed against advanced payment of 20% upon confirmation and the rest payment can be done once you arrive. Short notice reservations require full payment at any time.
Please note that your booking may be cancelled without further notice if the advance payment is not received on time. We are not liable if payment is refused or declined by the credit card supplier. In case of booking cancellation, the following fees are applicable:
More than 90 days prior to arrival: one-time cancellation fee of 50,- Euro.
30 to 90 days prior to arrival: 50% of the effective booking value.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the effective booking value.
The amount remaining after the cancellation fee will be adjusted for your next treatment and stay at Ayurdara and will be considered as an advance payment for your future treatment here.
