Créée en 1998, Ayurdara a été fondée pour introduire les idéologies de la guérison et du mode de vie ayurvédiques dans le monde moderne. Observant les principes de base de l'Ayurveda organisés par le vénéré Shri P. K. Sreedharan Vaidyar, l'Ayurdara maintient les traditions séculaires de la « science de la vie » dans la pratique, tout en offrant l'ambiance et l'expertise appropriées en harmonie avec le mode de vie contemporain.
Le voyage de l'Ayurdara a commencé en 1948 lorsque Sreedharan Vaidyar a révolutionné à lui seul le traitement ayurvédique avec une simple clinique appelée Geetha Pharmacy. Au cours des deux années suivantes, les visiteurs ont afflué pour faire l'expérience de la touche curative de Vaidyar - un esprit prodigieux qui a appris l'art de guérir de son oncle paternel - un grand mahavaidya de son temps - et l'établissement a atteint de nouveaux sommets. La renommée s'est répandue dans le monde entier en un rien de temps et l'héritage de Sreedharan Vaidyar a prospéré avec l'ouverture d'Ayurdara par le Dr Subhash, fils de Vaidyar. Lancé et loué comme centre thérapeutique tout-en-un.
Ayurdara est actuellement dirigé par le Dr Visakh, membre de la troisième génération de la famille et le Dr Jyotsna. Ayurdara est aujourd'hui un hotspot ayurvédique qui propose des programmes de traitement et de rajeunissement, adaptés aux traits individualistes du client.
